中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水68例

目的]通过西医及中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床观察,探讨肝硬化腹水较好的治疗途径。方法]将收治入院的135例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西医疗法治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,经过2～5个疗程后对比。结果]治疗组总有效率88.2%明显高于对照组总有效率56.7%(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效明显。

Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ascites due to Cirrhosis 68 Cases of Colorectal

Objective]To the clinical observation of the treatment of cirrhotic ascites that is treated by combination of TCM and western medicine could be used to find better treatment way for liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods]Divide the 135 patients who are hospitalized into two groups randomly.Treat the contrast group by routine western medicine,but treat the therapy group with the combination of TCM and western medicine. Compare them after 2 ～ 5 courses.Results]the effective rate of therapy group is 88.2%,which is significantly higher than contrast group56.7% (P < 0.05).Conclusions]Combination of TCM and western medicine has significant effect.
