鼻内镜下鼻内多结构手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉

目的 探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的方法。方法对108例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的患者进行鼻内镜下有选择地采用鼻内多结构手术治疗，随访时间，6个月到37个月，评估疗效。结果108例中，82例疗效满意，17例好转，9例鼻腔粘连、窦口闭塞、鼻息肉复发。有效率为91、6％。结论鼻内多结构手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉及解决阻塞的一种较为有效的方法。

Muilt-structure operative treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyp by Functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To discuss the operative treatment of method of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp by Functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 108 patients of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyp were alternativly adopted multi-structure operative treatment by Functional endoscopic sinus surgery they were followed up a case by regular visits 6 months to 37 months of time, and evluaed result of treatment. Results Among 108 cases, 82 cases treating result were astisfy, 17 cases were taked a favorable turn, 9 cases had a nasal cavity synechiae, adhesion of nasal sinuses ostium adhesion and nasal polyp recurrence. The efficient rate is 91.6%. Conclusion Mulit-structure operative treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyp and solving stuffy nose symptoms are a kind of comparatively effective methods.
