卡马西平和托吡酯对癫痫患儿脱氧吡啶啉的影响

目的探讨卡马西平（CBZ）和托吡酯（TPM）单药治疗及联合治疗对癫痫惠儿骨代谢的影响。方法42倒癫痫惠儿，年龄6-10岁，其中男22倒，女20倒，均为局灶性发作。其中15倒予TMP单药治疗，14例予CBZ单药治疗，13倒予CBZ及TPM联合治疗6个月。15例健康儿童作为正常对照组。测定尿脱氧吡啶啉（DPD）的质量浓度。为去除尿浓缩稀释对尿DPD的影响，将尿DPD的质量浓度通过尿肌酐（Cr）的质量浓度校正，以尿DPD和尿Cr比值表示，即DPD／Cr。结果各组问DPD／CR水平相比较差别无显著性（TPM纽（27．88±6．35）nmol／mmol，cBz组（28．07±6．48）nmol／mmol，CBZ-plus-TPMJK（29．69±5．74）nmol／mmol。对照姐（z5．23±6．32）nmol／mm01）。结论CBZ、TPM单药治疗及联合治疗6个月对癫痫惠JLDPD无影响。

Effect of Carbamazepine and Topiramate on Deoxypyridinoline in Children with Epilepsy

Objective To assess bone health in epileptic children who had been treated with carbomazepine （CBZ） and/or tepiramate（TPM）.Methods 22 boys and 20 girls,aged 6 to 10 years,with partial seizures treated with CBZ and/or TPM for 6 months were evaluated for deoxypyridinoline（DPD）.In order to eliminate urine DPD changes with amount of urine,urine creatinine（Cr） level was presented by corrected DPD（DPD/Cr）.15 patients were on CBZ,18 patients on TPM,16 patients on a combination of CBZ and TPM.There were 15 children served as normal controls.Restdts The DPD/CR level was no difference among groups （TPM（27.88±6.35）nmol/mmol,CBZ（28.07±6.48）nmol/mmolCBZ-plus-TPM（29.69±5.74）nmol/mmol, control group （25.23±6.32）nmol/mmol.Conclusion DPD of children with partial seizures were not affected by 6 months of CBZ-alane,TPM-alane,and CBZ-plus-TPM treatment.
