| 摘 要： | 目的观察无创性双水平正压通气治疗COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 240例患者随机分为治疗组120例和对照组120例,2组均予常规治疗。治疗组加用BipAp呼吸机进行通气治疗,对照组予鼻导管吸氧。观察2组动脉血气分析改善情况及病情缓解时间。结果 2组治疗后动脉血氧分压明显上升(P<0.01),但治疗组上升更高。治疗组血二氧化碳分压比治疗前明显下降,治疗前后相差非常显著(P<0.01)。对照组二氧化碳分压治疗前后相差不显著(P>0.05)。治疗组疗程缩短。结论无创通气治疗COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭疗效肯定,且无需气管插管或切开,并能缩短治疗时间。

| Abstract: | Experimental teaching of medical biochemistry how to adapt to the rapid development of the modern life sciences, high quality medical personnel to meet the community needs are facing the medical colleges and the subject.This article based on experience in experimental teaching,the transformation from teaching concepts,teaching mode,and several other aspects of the Experimental Teaching biochemistry are discussed,the medical biochemical experiments designed to explore effective ways of teaching. |
