| 摘 要： | 目的研究前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎（cP）的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法选选取2008年1月至2010年6月在我院就诊的CP患者98例，随机分为前列安橙列和罗红霉素组（QA联合组）和罗红霉素组。观察其临床有效率，症状缓解率及不良反应发生情况。结果QA联合组总有效率明显高于罗红霉素组（P〈0．05）。QA联合组各种症状缓解率亦明显高于罗红霉素组。QA联合组中有10例患者在运用CP纳肛2--3d后有肛门疼痛不适、出现便意等症状，仅1例患者出现腹痛、腹泻。其余患者均耐受良好。结论前列安栓治疗CP切实有效，值得在临床中推广运用。

The Clinical Study of the Effect of Qianlie Anshuan Suppository on Patiet with Chronic Prostatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Qianlie anshuan suppository on patiet with Chronic prostatitis.Methods 98 patients with chronic prostatitis were ramdomiy divided into two groups：CP combination group and Roxithromycin.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The total effectiveness rates of Qianlie anshuan suppository--Roxithromycin group are significantly higher than Roxithromycin group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qianlie anshuan suppository can be used in the treatment of chromic prostatitis,which is safe and effective. |
