| 摘 要： | 目的比较氨甲喋呤(MTX)配伍与不配伍米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法将80例异位妊娠患者随机分为2组。A组(MTX配伍米非司酮)40例,单次肌肉注射MTX 50mg/m2,同时口服米非司酮,200mg/次,1次/天,连服2天;B组(MTX)40例,单次肌肉注射MTX 50mg/m2,定期监测血HCG及B超检查。结果A组治疗成功率90%,B组治疗成功率70%。结论氨甲喋呤单次肌肉注射联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠可提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of MTX with and without Mifepristone in curing ectopic pregnancy.Methods 80 ectopic pregnancy patients were divided into two groups randomly:Group A(n=40)received single intramuscular injection with MTX,50mg/m~2,Mifepristone 200mg Po,once a day for two days.Group B(n=40) only received single intramuscular injection with MTX,50mg/m~2.Results The cure rate of group A and B were 90% and 70%,respectively.The significant difference was showed between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with MTX and Mifepristone shows the better curative effect. |
