比索洛尔/氢氯噻嗪与比索洛尔治疗高血压临床试验

目的：评价比索洛尔／氢氯噻嗪复方片治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法：选择73例轻中度原发性高血压患者，按随机、双盲双模拟及平行对照原则分为比索洛尔／氢氯噻嗪复方片组（A组）41例，比索洛尔组（B组）32例，分别观察两组降压疗效、不良反应及对血生化的影响。结果：服药8周后，A、B两组总有效率分别为75．6％和37．5％（P〈0．01）。A组及B组患者血脂、尿酸、血糖及血钾无不良影响。结论：比索洛尔／氢氯噻嗪复方片降压作用显著优于比索洛尔，可作为治疗轻中度原发性高血压的一线药物。

A Clinical Trial in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension with Bisoprolol/Hydrochlorothiazide Combination Tablet and Bisoprolol Alone

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet in the treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension. Method: In this randomized, double-blind, parallel and controlled study with the double-dummy technique, 73 patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were divided into two groups ( Group A; bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide, n = 41 ; Group B: bisoprolol, n = 32) , and the antihypertensive efficacy, side effects and changes of blood biochemistry parameters were observed. Result: After 8 weeks of therapy, the total effectiveness rates were 75. 6% and 37.5% (P<0.01) in Group A and Group B, respectively. Adverse effects of both bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet and bisoprolol were low, and there were no side effects in the metabolism of cholesterol, uric acid, glucose and potassium. Conclusion: The bisoprolol/hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet is significantly superior to bisoprolol alone in the treatment of hypertension, and can be used as the first - line therapy in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.
