护心康对动脉粥样硬化兔模型血脂的干预研究

目的观察了中药复方护心康对动脉粥样硬化家兔血脂的干预作用。方法高脂饲料造成家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,用低、中和高三个剂量护心康进行治疗,检测血清中血脂成分的变化。结果护心康中和高剂量组家兔血清TC、TG和LDL-C明显低于模型组(P<0.05),低剂量组与模型组相比虽然有所下降,但是无明显差异(P>0.05);各组血清HDL-c与模型组比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。高剂量组TC、LDLC和TG明显低于低剂量组(P<0.05),但是HDL-C之间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。中剂量组TC和LDLC明显低于低剂量组(P<0.05),但是HDL-C和TG之间未见明显差异;高剂量组和中剂量组相比TC、HDL-C、TG和LDLC均有所下降,但是无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论护心康能有效防治高脂血症,以中和高剂量组疗效较好。

Effect of Huxinkang on Atherosclerosis Rabbit Induced by High Lipid Diet

To study the effect of Huxinkang on atherosclerosis rabbit induced by high lipid diet.Methods The models were developed by feeding high cholesterol diet,and Huxinkang was administered by low,middle and high doses respectively.The changes of serum lipid and apoprotein were assessed and analyzed.Results Serum TC,TG and LDL-c were significantly decreased in the middle-and high-dose groups as compared with the model group(P<0.05),and the low dose group showed a slight decrease too(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-c between the model group and the others(P>0.05).The levels of serum TC,LDLC and TG in the high dose group was significantly lower than those of the low dose group(P<0.05),but HDL-c showed no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Serum TC and LDLC in the middle dose group were significantly lower as compared with the low dose group(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found in HDL-C and TG.There was no significant difference in serum HDL-C,TG,LDL-c and TC between the middle-and high-dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huxinkang can decrease serum lipid profiles,and the middle-and high-dose groups are more effective as compared with the low dose group.
