中药配合化疗治疗急性白血病38例疗效观察

采用中药辨证配合化疗治疗急性白血病,治疗组与对照组均为38例。经治疗,治疗组总缓解率为86.8％,对照组为60.5％;经统计学检验,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组1、3、5年和5年以上生存期对比,经统计学检验亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。此外,治疗组较对照组化疗后恶心呕吐、胸闷心慌、肝功能异常等毒副反应发生率明显降低,并发感染、出血及DIC亦明显少于对照组。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Chemotherapy Coordinated with Chinese Materia Medica in Acute Leukemia, Report of 38 Cases

Two groups, both 38 cases.. treated with chemotherapy coordinated with Chinese materia medica based on syndrome typing. After treatment, the rate of remission in the treatment group was 86. 8%: that of control group. 60. 5% with significant statistical difference (P<0. 05). Comparison of 1, 3. 5 - year survival rates between the 2 groups also showed significant difference. Moreover, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, stuffy chest, palpitation and abnormal hepatic functions were all less than those of the control group.
