羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾衰竭39例疗效观察

目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果.方法:随机将慢性肾衰竭79例分为观察组39例和对照组40例.对照组给予慢性肾衰竭常规药物治疗,观察组另加用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,每天3次,每次0.5 g,连用8周.结果:观察组总有效率为74.36%,明显高于对照组27.50%(P<0.01);治疗8周后观察组尿素氮、血肌酐均有明显下降,肌酐清除率水平则明显升高,血红蛋白明显升高,24 h尿蛋白明显降低,且均较对照组变化明显(P<0.01).结论:羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效显著,用药安全.

Observation of therapeutic effect of calcium dobesilate in 39 patients with chronic renal failure

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of calcium dobesilate in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:Seventy-nine patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the observation the group(n=39) and the control group(n=40).The patients in both groups were received general treatment,while in observation group,the patients were given calcium dobesilate additionally,0.5 g three times a day,for weeks.Results:The effective rate was 74.36% in treatment group and 27.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared to control group,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein were decreased sharply,and creatinine clearance rate and Hb level were increased clearly,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:Calcium dobesilate is effective and safe in treatment of chronic renal failure.
