孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后氧化应激状态的影响

目的:探讨孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后氧化应激状态的影响。方法:选取100例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术患者,按术后有无服用孕三烯酮分为观察组与对照组各50例,取4个不同时间点对氧化应激指标活性氧(ROS)浓度、丙二醛(MDA)浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性进行检测。结果:观察组术后第7天,氧化应激状态仍在加重,但与对照组比较,ROS、MDA水平有所降低(P0.01),术后1个月后,氧化应激状态得到纠正,ROS及MDA血清含量水平降低(P0.01),而SOD及GSH-Px血清含量水平则明显升高(P0.05)。结论:孕三烯酮能够调节逆转子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后氧化应激状态。

Effect of gestrinone on oxidative stress in endometriosis patient after individual laparoscopic surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of gestrinone on oxidative stress in endometriosis patient after individual laparoscopic surgery.Methods:One hundred endometriosis patients subjected to individual laparoscopic surgery were selected.According to whether taking gestrinone,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The oxidative stress indicators,reactive oxygen species(ROS) concentration,serum malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity were detected in four different time points.Results:Seven days after operation,oxidative stress was still increased in experimental group,but in contrast to control group,the levels of ROS and MDA were decreased(P<0.01),after 1 month later,oxidative stress had corrected,serum ROS and MDA levels had reduced significantly(P<0.01),while serum SOD and GSH-Px levels had significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:Gestrinone can reverse oxidative stress condition in endometriosis patients after individual laparoscopic surgery.
