蚌埠医学院本科教育教学质量工程的构建

目的:对蚌埠医学院本科教育教学质量工程建设实施情况作一总结.方法:采取构建三级质量工程体系、打造优质教学资源和加强质量工程项目管理等措施推进质量工程建设.结果:教学中心地位得到强化,人才培养特色进一步加强,师资队伍水平进一步提高,教研成果丰硕,优质教学资源增加,实验教学条件明显改善,人才培养质量得到提高.结论:蚌埠医学院本科教育教学质量工程建设措施得力,成效明显,其经验可供其他院校参考.

To construct teaching and education "Quality Project " in Bengbu Medical College

Objective:To summarize the experience in carrying out "Quality Project " in Bengbu Medical College.Methods:A series of measures which included building a three-level "Quality Project" system,constructing high quality teaching resources and strengthening the management of "Quality Project" were taken.Results:By implementation of "Quality Project",the status of teaching was strengthened,the features of personnel training reinforced,the teaching ability of the staff improved,fruitful results in the field of teaching research achieved,the quantity of high quality teaching resources increased,the experimental teaching conditions improved and the quality of personnel training enhanced.Conclusions:The "Quality Project" construction in Bengbu Medical College is effective,which can be referred to by other colleges.
