社会技能训练对精神分裂症住院综合征患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨社会技能训练对精神分裂症住院综合征患者生活质量的影响.方法:选择71例精神分裂症住院综合征患者,随机分为训练组和对照组.对照组按常规治疗护理,训练组在此基础上实施社会技能训练.并采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)和精神分裂症病人生活质量量表(SQLS)作为评定指标,于入组时和入组后6个月进行测评.结果:入组6个月后,训练组患者的SSPI和SQLS评分与对照组评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01).结论:社会技能训练能有效减轻精神分裂症住院综合征患者的症状,改善患者的社会功能,提高患者的生活质量.

The effects of social skill training on life qualitily of schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome

Objective:To investigate effects of social skill training on life qualitily of schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome.Methods:Seventy-one schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases),which were treated with conventional care and the skill training group(38 cases),which were treated with social skill training based on conventional care.All cases were evaluated by Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI) and Schizophrenia Qualitily of Life Scale(SQLS)at the beginning and after 6 months of grouping.Results:The differences of SSPI and SQLS of two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01-P<0.05) after 6 months of grouping.Conclusions:Social skill training of schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome can effectively improve symptoms and their social function,and raise their life quality.
