摘    要:目的:观察动态血糖监测(CGMS)与持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)联合应用治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效.方法:选取接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例.对照组采用常规血糖监测联合CSII治疗,观察组采取CGMS联合CSII治疗,治疗后第4天观察2组患者各时段的血糖情况.结果:治疗后,2组患者各时段的血糖均明显下降(P<0.01),观察组效果均好于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);观察组患者血糖达标所需天数明显少于对照组(P<0.01).结论:CGMS联合CSII治疗2型糖尿病可更快、更有效地控制血糖水平,减少血糖波动,降低低血糖的发生率,延缓或阻止急慢并发症的发生、发展,缩短患者的治疗时间,降低经济耗损.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) combined with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) on treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:Forty patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given blood glucose monitoring combined with CSII while the patients in observation group were received CGMS combined with CSII.The blood glucose level at every time interval was observed after treatment for 4 days.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose level at every time interval was decreased(P<0.01),and the efficacy in observation group was better than in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01);the time of blood glucose level reaching standard in observation group was shorter than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:CGMS combined with CSII for treatment of type 2 diabetes can be faster and more effectively to control blood glucose level,reduce blood glucose fluctuation,reduce the incidence of low blood glucose,delay or prevent the occurrence and development of acute and slow complications,shorten the patient′s treatment time and reduce economic loss.
