| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Hybrid手术在中央型房间隔缺损(ASD)修补术中的应用价值。方法:对19例中央型ASD患者中10例行Hybrid手术,9例行常规外科手术,并对相关指标进行比较。结果:19例患者手术成功,均顺利出院。Hybrid手术住院费用高于常规外科手术(P0.01),但Hybrid手术时间和修补缺损长径小于常规外科手术(P0.05～P0.01)。结论:Hybrid手术可以替代常规外科手术对部分单纯中央型ASD进行手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application of Hybrid technique in the repairing central-type atrial septal defect(ASD). Methods:Ten patients(group A) with central-type ASD were operated with the Hybrid technique,some related parameters were compared with 9 patients under traditional surgery(group B). Results:All operation were successful and all cases were discharged home in good condition.The spending in group A was much more expensive than group B(P<0.01),however,operative time and repair the defect length of group A were less than those of group B(P<0.05-P<0.01). Conclusions:Hybrid technique can replace traditional surgery for operating patients with simple central-type ASD. |
