非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术120例分析

目的:探讨非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的临床应用价值。方法:将非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术(TVH)120例作为观察组,与同期指征相同的经腹子宫切除术(TAH)80例作为对照组,观察2组手术时间、术中出血量及术后情况。结果:TVH组均成功,无一例中转开腹,TVH组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间及术后住院时间均少于TAH组(P0.01)。结论:非脱垂子宫TVH较TAH具有操作简便、出血少、术后疼痛轻、肛门排气快等优点,有利于患者术后身心健康,具有推广价值。

Clinical analysis of 120 cases of no prolapse with transvaginal hysterectomy

Objective:To explore the clincal values of the transvaginal hysterectomy for no prolapse.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases no prolapse were divided into observion group(80 cases) which were treated with transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and control group(40 cases) which were treated with transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH).The operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative condition of two groups were observed.Results:The operation of group TVH were successful,and none of laparotomy.Compared with group TAH,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of operation,anal discharge,postoperative ambulation and hospital stay were less,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with TAH,the TVH is easy to handle,less bleeding,light pain,eraly anal discharge and in favor ofmental health,and worth promoting.
