摘    要:从2003年5月起,医院加大营销的力度,引入科学的营销理念,门诊护士在上级的领导下,积极发挥自身在医院营销中的作用,包括:强化服务与经营的意识,给就诊者提供周到、便捷、高效的服务及准确的医疗信息,为门诊制定和调整经营方针提供依据,宣传医院的特色,促进预约服务的发展,传播健康文化。笔者认为护士在参与医院营销活动中,应注重医院品牌建立,综合分析自身的竞争形势,充分利用医院网站资源促进医院优质服务的开展。

Abstract:Since May 2003, our hospital has strengthened the selling and introduced scientific selling concept. Under the guidance of superior leaders, clinic nurses have intensified the consciousness of serving and selling, supplied complete, convenient and effective service to patients, offered the accurate medical information, supplied the base for clinic to make and adjust selling strategies, increased the customs by publicizing the features of hospital, prompted the development of appointment service, spread health culture and won the patients. The authors argue that when clinic nurses participate hospital selling, they should emphasize the establishment of hospital reputation, analyze the competition situation comprehensively and promote the good quality service by utilizing network information.
