长期住院对男性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

目的 研究长期住院对男性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法 采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、空间广度测验、数字序列测验和伦敦塔测验分别对30例男性长期住院的精神分裂症患者(住院组)、32例男性长期随访门诊治疗的精神分裂症患者(门诊组)以及26名健康对照者(对照组)进行认知功能评估。结果 与正常对照组相比,住院组和门诊组在4项神经心理学测验中的所有评估分数较差,差异均具有统计学意义。住院组除空间广度测验中的正序得分外,其它测验中的指标均低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 长期住院加重男性精神分裂症患者认知功能的损害。

Effects of long-term hospitalization on the cognitive function in male patients with schizophrenia

Objective To study the effects of long-term hospitalization on the cognitive function in male patients with schizophrenia.Methods 30 male long-stay patients with schizophrenia ( inpatient group),32 male long-term follow-up outpatients with schizophrenia (outpatient group), and 26 healthy controls (control group) were assessed for cognitive function using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST),Spatial Span Test,Digital Sequence Test and The Tower Of London Test (TOL).Results The inpatient and outpatient group performed poorer on the entire neuropsychological test than health control group.The scores of inpatient group on every test were significant lower than control, except forward score of the Spatial Span Test.Conclusion Long-term hospitalization aggravates cognitive impairment in male patients with schizophrenia.
