| 摘 要： | 目的：建立刺五加注射液的HPLC指纹特征谱。方法：以2个不同厂家生产的刺五加注射液为分析对象。选择适宜的色谱分析条件，建立刺五加注射液的指纹谱。结果：本研究建立的方法有较好的重现性；不同厂家生产的刺五加注射液共有峰面积的比值有一定差异。结论：HPLC指纹特征可简便，快速鉴别和区分不同厂家生产的刺五加注射液。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection. Methods: HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection from two different sources was developed. Results: The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the ratio of common peak' s area of different samples were different. Conclusion:This method can be used to differentiate Ciwujia Injection from different sources conveniently. |
