| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察头孢噻肟钠联合氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及不良反应。方法 :选择诊断明确的下呼吸道感染患者 80例 ,使用头孢噻肟钠针 2 .0 g合氧氟沙星 0 .2 g静脉滴注 ,每日 2次 ,7～ 10天为 1疗程 ,逐日观察症状、体征及不良反应。结果 :本组总有效率 90 % ,细菌清除率 92 .5 % ,不良反应发生率 15 %。结论 :头孢噻肟钠联合氧氟沙星可作为下呼吸道感染治疗的首选药

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to investigate the effects and the side effects of cefataxime sodium and ofloxacin on tower respiratory infection.Methods: Eighty confirmed cases were treated with cefataxime sodium injection 2.0g and ofloxacin injection 0.2 g, intravenous drop twice a day, for 7~10 days. Symptoms, signs and side effects were observed every day. Results: The total effective and bacteriological eradication rates were 90% and 92.5% respectively, and side effective rate was 15%. Conclusion:Cefataxime sodium and ofloxacin can be the first choice medicine in the treatment of tower respiratory infection. |
