厌氧菌培养及其抗生素敏感性试验

摘    要:本文对521份临床标本进行了厌氧菌的培养鉴定,检出厌氧菌258株,检出率为49.5%。同时对256株厌氧菌作了19种抗生素药敏试验,发现厌氧菌对灭滴灵、利福平、氯霉素、林可霉素、庆大霉素等具有高度敏感性。98份临床标本(血液、脓、腹水、脑脊液)作了厌氧与常规培养对照,两者差异具有显著意义(P<0.01)。

Abstract:258 strains of anaerobic bacteria were isolated from 521 specimens;the totalpositive rate was 49.5%.The positive rates of the sputum,pus,ascites,bile,CSFand the blood were 45.9%,55.2%,35.7, 66.6% 28.2% and 43.90% respectively.There was statistical significance between the anerobic method and the aerobicmethod used simultaneously in 98 specimens(x~2=21.17,P<0.01).In the meantime,the sensitivity tests of 19 drugs were given to 256 strains ofanaerobic bacteria.The results showed that the effective drugs were Metronidazol,Rifampin,Chloramycetin,Lincomycin and Gentamycin,etal.the most effectivedrugs to strains of B.fragilis were Metronidazole and Rifampin.
