不育症木工精液的对照分析

本文对从事木工作业的３６名不育症患者和３３名作为对照的非木工作业的不育症患者的精液进行了分析，结果表明：１．木工不育症患者的精液量、精子密度、精子活率、畸形率与对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；２．吸烟组精子密度、精液量、精子活率和果糖含量比少吸或不吸烟组低（Ｐ＜０．０５），精子畸形与吸烟无关；３．木工组的精细胞总的核异常率、核碎解率和其它核异常率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而精细胞微核率、核空泡率及核桥率在两组间无显著性差异。

CONTROL ANALYSIS OF SEMEN OF INFERTILE WOODWORKERS

Analysis of semen from 36 infertile woodworkers has been carried out, while23 infertile non-woodworkes are serving as control. The results are given as follows: 1. There are significant differences in volume of semen, sperm density, rate of living and abnormal sperms between two groups(P<0. 05). 2. Sperm count,motility, volume of semen and fructose in semen are significantly low for smoking woodworkers as compared to the non-or less-smoking ones(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between smoking and non-or less-smoking groups in malformed spermatozoa. 3. There are significant high in total of nuclear anomaly,karyorrhexis and other nuclear anomalies in infertile woodworkers, otherwhise micronucleus, bubble and bridge are not difference between two groups.
