| 摘 要： | 由于人口老龄化、慢性病患者以及伤残人员的增多，仅以专业康复中心或综合医院的康复科的治疗已远远不能满足人们对康复服务的需求。社区康复以其经济、有效、方便的特点越来越显示出他的优越性。国内外有相当一部分学者对脑卒中、精神病及其他一些疾病的社区康复进行了经济学分析研究，其结果表明社区康复服务有较好的成本效益和效果。
