彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的价值

目的：探讨甲状腺肿瘤在彩色多普勒超声显像中的特征及诊断价值。材料和方法：３７４例甲状腺肿瘤患者，术前经超声检查，术后病理证实。结果：①恶性肿瘤钙化率为６０％，高于良性肿瘤。②恶性肿瘤囊变率为２５％。低于良性肿瘤。③恶性肿瘤单侧叶单结节发病高于良性肿瘤。④恶性肿瘤周边晕环内ＣＤＦＩ无血流信号，良性肿瘤晕环内有血流信号显示。⑤恶性肿瘤动脉最高峰值为１６１ｍ／ｓ，良性肿瘤为１４７ｍ／ｓ，两者无明显差异。结论：彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中具有十分重要的价值。

The Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography on Thyroid Tumors

Purpose: To assess the diagnostic value of color Doppler Ultrasonography on thyroid tumors and to analyze the feature of image. WTHZ]Materials and Methods: 374 patients with pathologically proven thyroid tumors were examined with ultrasonography. Results: (1)The prevalence of calcification was higher in malignant tumors (60%) than in benign tumors. (2)The prevalence of cystic changes was lower in malignant tumors (25%) than in benign tumors. (3) It was more common for malignant tumors to be solitary and unilateral. (4) Signal of blood flow could be detected by CDFI in the peritumor halo in malignant tumors while benign ones didn't showed same phenomenon. (5) The peak value of artery blood flow was 1.61m/s in malignant tumors and 1.47m/s in benign tumors. There was no significant difference between them. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography could comprehensively demonstrate the morphologic characteristics and the changes of blood flow of thyroid tumors. It's valuable for diagnosis.
