| 摘 要： | 目的：研究磷酸甘油酸变位酶1（PGAM1）在脑胶质瘤细胞中的表达情况，探讨PGAM1在胶质瘤恶性生长中的作用。方法：应用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测PGAM1在大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞和星形胶质细胞中的表达。应用免疫组织化学法检测人脑胶质瘤组织和瘤周脑组织中PGAM1蛋白的表达。结果：（1）PGAM1在C6胶质瘤细胞中表达显著高于星形胶质细胞（P〈0.05）。（2）对照组15例瘤周脑组织中PGAM1阴性12例，阳性表达3例（20.00%）。观察组43例脑胶质瘤标本中PGAM1阳性表达29例，PGAM1阴性14例（67.44%）。PGAM1两组表达率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.29，P〈0.05）。结论：PGAM1可能与人脑胶质瘤的恶性生长有关。

The Expression of Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1 in Gliomas and its Significance |

| Abstract: | Objective：To detect the expression of PGAM1 in gliomas and to explore the role of PGAM1 in the ma_lignant growth of gliomas. Methods：RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of PGAM1 in rat C6 cells and astrocytes. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of PGAM1 in human gliomas and the tissues around them. Re_sults：The expression of PGAM1 in rat C6 cells was significantly higher than that in astrocytes （P〈0.05）. The expression of PGAM1 in human glioma specimens was significantly higher than that in the tissues around （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Maybe PGAM1 is related to the malignant growth of human gliomas. |
