复合植皮法治疗大面积烧伤功能部位肉芽创面

目的：为深度烧伤后肉芽创面的功能部位寻求良好的覆盖材料。方法：应用脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片移植于烧伤肉芽创面，在有效抗感染治疗下促使功能部位创面愈合，有效地挽救关节的功能。结果：治疗18例18个功能部位，随访6个月，17例处关节功能正常。结论：应用复合皮移植修复功能部位的肉芽创面能有效地保护关节功能，减少疤痕形成。

Multiple Skin Autograft for Large Post-burn Granulation Wounds of Functional Location

Objective To seek a nice coverage for remain granulation wounds of the functional location after deep burns.Methods Grafting were performed with acellular allodermis and thin autograft for 18 granulations areas in 18 patients. Effective anti-infection treatments were given to promote the wound healing, so that save the active joint function more efficiently. Result Multiple skin autograft saved the active function of the joints around the granulation wounds. Conclusion Multiple skin grafting for granulation wounds at functional positions could effectively save the active function and reduce the scar formation.
