| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测服用米非司酮后子宫内膜及息肉中雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax及增殖相关蛋白Ki-67表达的变化，探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的机制。方法免疫组化法检测米非司酮组与对照组息肉及内膜ER、PR、Bcl-2、Bax及Ki-67的表达，采用半定量分析。结果米非司酮组息肉及内膜ER、PR、Ki-67的表达均低于对照组（均P〈0.05），米非司酮组息肉Bcl-2的表达低于对照组息肉（均P〈0.05）米非司酮组息肉及内膜Bax的表达均高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮降低子宫内膜息肉中ER、PR、Bcl-2及Ki-67的表达，增高Bax的表达，抑制子宫内膜息肉的形成及发展。 |

Effect of mifepristone on expression of progesterone/estradiol receptors, Bcl-2, Bax and Ki-67 in uterine endometrial polyps |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the expression of progesterone/estradiol receptors, Bcl-2, Bax and K-67 in uterine endometrium and endometrial polyps. Methods The expression of PR, ER, Bcl-2, Bax and Ki-67 was investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of ER, PR and Ki-67 was significantly lower in endometrial polyps and endometrium of mifepristone group than that of control group （P〈0.05）; expression of Bcl-2 was lower in the endometrial polyps of mifepristone group than that of control group （P〈0.05）; expression of Bax was higher in endometrial polyps and endometrium of mifepristone group than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone downregulates the expression of ER, PR, Bcl-2, Ki-67 and upregulates Bax, which may be associated with its inhibitive effect on the formation and development of endometrial polyps. |
