塞克硝唑片治疗细菌性阴道病的临床分析

目的评价塞克硝唑片治疗细菌性阴道病的有效性和安全性。方法256例细菌性阴道病患者随机分成对照组126例和试验组130例,分别给予甲硝唑片和塞克硝唑片口服;停药后3～5d及停药后下次月经来潮干净后3～7d比较两组的临床疗效,比较两组3个月内的复发率;并观察两组的不良反应的发生情况。结果停药后3～5d,对照组的治愈率和有效率分别为64.3%和82.5%,试验组的治愈率和有效率分别为76.2%和91.5%;停药后下次月经来潮干净后3～7d对照组的治愈率和有效率分别为65.9%和83.3%,试验组的治愈率和有效率分别为78.5%和92.3%;两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。对照组和试验组的复发率分别为12.0%和14.7%（P〉0.05）。两组间的不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论塞克硝唑片治疗细菌性阴道病安全有效。

Clinical evaluation of secnidazole tablet in treatment of bacterial vaginosis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of secnidazole tablet in treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods 256 patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into control group （ n = 126 ） and trial group （n = 130）. Control group were given metronidazole tablets and trial group were given secnidazole tablets. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups 3 - 7 days after the end of treatment and 3 - 7 days after menorrhea, respectively. The relapse rate during 3 months after the end of treatment between two groups was compared. The side effects in two groups were observed. Results 3 - 7 days after the end of treat- ment,the cure rate and efficacy rate were 64. 3% and 82. 5% in control group and 76. 2% and 91.5% in trial group, respectively. 3 -7 days after menorrhea, the cure rate and efficacy rate were 65.9% and 83.3% in control group and 78. 5% and 92. 3 % in trial group, respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups. The relapse rate wasl2. 0% in control group and 14. 7% in trial group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of side effects between two groups was not significantly different. Conclusion Secnidazole tablet is efective and safe in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
