中医抗老驻颜古方抗小鼠光老化损伤的初步研究

摘    要:目的:初步研究中医古医籍记载的美容驻颜抗衰古方可能的抗光老化作用。方法:采用UVA/320~400nm+UVB/280~320nm紫外灯模拟日光紫外线组合造模光老化小鼠,选择中药古医籍记载的美容驻颜抗衰古方每天分别灌胃各组小鼠,共12周。生化法检测小鼠受试区皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH2Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果:接受实验选择的古医籍记载的美容驻颜抗衰古方治疗的小鼠,表现出不同程度的光保护效果。各组与UV损伤组比较:滋阴为主的神仙驻颜方GSH-Px、HYP表达有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),SOD表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05);以补气为主的黄芪六一散SOD、GSH-Px的表达有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),MDA表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05);气阴双补生脉散SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、HYP的表达均有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);气血双补延龄固本丸SOD、GSH-Px的表达有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),MDA、HYP的表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05);阴阳双补、益肾填精的龟龄集方SOD、HYP的表达有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),GSH-Px、MDA的表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:实验选择的中药古医籍记载的美容驻颜抗衰古方有一定的抗光老化作用,有进一步研究运用的价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-senility effects of several classic doctions mentioned in books of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to senility induced by photoaging.Methods A mice model exposed under UVA/320~400nm+ UVB/280~320nm UV light to simulate sunlight ultraviolet was served.Mice were feed with several chosen traditional ancient decoctions which were said to have the effects of anti-senility.The experimental procedure lasted for twelve weeks.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathiane peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)and hydroxyproline(HYP)in the observed skin area of mice before and after experiment were assayed by biochemic methods.Results Mice received treatment of TCM decoctions showed different good effects of anti-photoage.Compared with UV group,Shenxianzhuyan Decoction which mainly menifested enhancing"yin"showed higher levels of GSH-Px and Hyp(P〈0.01),the difference of SOD was also sigficant(P〈0.05).Huangqiliuyi Decoction which mainly menifested enhancing"qi"showed markedly sigficance in SOD、GSH-Px(P〈0.01),MDA level was also lower than that in UV group(P〈0.05);Shenmai Decoction which had the effect of strengthen both"qi"and"yin"showed higher levels in SOD,GSH-Px,MDA and Hyp(P〈0.01);Yanlingguben Decoction which had the effect of strengthen both"qi"and blood showed higher levels in SOD,GSH-Px(P〈0.01);the levels of MDA and Hyp were also significant(P〈0.05);Guilingji Decoction which strengthed both"yin"and"yang"and tonified the kidney and strengthened energy showed higher levels of SOD and Hyp(P〈0.01),the differences of GSH-Px,MDA when compared with UV were also sigficant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The present experiment revealed the effects of several chosen classic Chinese traditional decoctions of anti-photoage that deserves futher research work.
