颅咽管瘤的临床特征与预后的分析

目的:研究影响颅咽管瘤预后的临床因素。方法:对颅咽管瘤患者的临床资料进行多因素分析。结果:不同病理类型的颅咽管瘤患者在年龄、肿瘤体积两方面有显著差异,与患者性别、肿瘤性质、肿瘤有无钙化,术前是否合并脑积水等因素无关。复发组与非复发组颅咽管瘤患者的肿瘤体积,手术切除程度有显著差异,而在患者性别、年龄、病理类型、肿瘤性质、肿瘤有无钙化和术前是否合并脑积水等方面无显著差异。结论:不同病理类型的颅咽管瘤患者在年龄和肿瘤体积上存在较大差异,而肿瘤体积、病理类型和手术切除程度是影响颅咽管瘤患者预后的重要因素。

Analysis of Clinical Characteristic and Prognosis of Craniopharyngioma

Objective:To investigate the clinical factors effecting the prognosis of the craniopharyngioma.Methods:The clinical data of the craniopharyngioma were analyzed with multiplicity.Results:There was significance difference between different pathological types of craniopharyngioma in differents ages and the differences in gross tumor volume.The pathologic types of the craniopharyngioma was independent to sex,character and calcification of tumor and hydrocephalus.There was significance difference between the palindromia array and palindromia-free in the gross tumor volume and the extent of exairesis.Conclusion:There was significance difference between the cases having different pathological types of craniopharyngioma in the age and the gross tumor volume.The gross tumor volume and pathological types and the extent of exairesis were the important factors effecting the prognosis of the cases of craniopharyngioma.
