延续护理在精神分裂症患者出院后应用研究

目的探讨亲情化延续护理对出院后精神分裂症患者的影响。方法从出院患者当中抽取102例精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组52例和对照组50例。对照组只给予电话随访及一般的健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施亲情化延续护理,干预一年。采用个人和社会功能量表（PSP）、服药依从性、复发率进行评定。结果干预1年后观察组PSP量表各项评分显著低于对照组,总分较对照组明显提高,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）;服药依从性较对照组高（P〈0.01）,复发率较对照组低（P〈0.01）。结论对出院后的精神分裂症患者实施亲情化延续护理,可以有效地提高精神分裂症患者的社会功能及服药依从性,减少疾病复发。

Affection extended care in schizophrenia patients after discharged from hospital

Objective To investigate the affection of extended care for schizophrenia patients after discharged. Methods In accordance with the principles of inclusion criteria, 102 schizophrenia patients after discharged were randomly divided into the observation group of 52 cases and the control group of 50 cases. The control group just given telephone follow - up and general health education, the observation group was implemented family - oriented extended care,which was based on the control group. The research lasted one year. Personal and social function scale （PSP） ,medication adherence, relapse rate were assessed. Results After one year, various score of PSP scale, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the total score improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Medication adherence washigher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, but the recurrence rate was lower, （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Implementation of the family of extended care for schizophrenia patients after dischargedcan effectively improve the social function, medication compliance and reduce disease recurrence.
