摘 要: | 为推动公立医院护理改革,实现公立医院医疗资源配置的有效性和公益性。本文从护理绩效考核要素内容,绩效考核的指标定额和各项考核指标权重,绩效工资的分配标准和计算方法等几个方面对公立医院护理绩效考核加以研究,构建出正确的绩效考核分配评价体系。
