加替沙星与3种止血药在5%葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性考察

目的考察注射用加替沙星注射液与3种止血药配伍在5%葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性。方法分别在25℃、自然光环境下,模拟临床常用的浓度,观察加替沙星与酚磺乙胺、维生素K1、氨甲苯酸配伍8h内混合液的外观、pH值和配伍后含量的变化。结果加替沙星与酚磺乙胺或氨甲苯酸混合时,8h内混合液外观、pH值、含量均无明显改变;与维生素K1混合后,8h内混合液外观、pH值无明显改变,但4h后维生素K1的含量有所下降。结论加替沙星注射液与酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸注射液配伍,室温下8h内性质稳定;加替沙星注射液与维生素K1注射液配伍,室温下4h内性质稳定。

Study on the stability of mixture of gatifloxacin with other three kinds of hemostatics in 5% glucose injection

AIM To study the stability of mixture of gatifloxacin with other three kinds of hemostatics (etamsylate, vitamin K_1 or aminomethylbenzoic acid)in 5% glucose injection. METHODS The compatibility of gatifloxacin injection with one of three kinds of hemostatics was investigated, and the pH of mixed solution in ambient temperature within 8 h was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and pH meter. RESULTS The content of gatifloxacin and pH of mixed solution was stable. The contents of etamsylate and aminomethylbenzoic acid in the mixed solution were stable, respectively. The content of vitamin K_1 was reduced 4 h after mixed, but not significant. CONCLUSION It is suitable for gatifloxacin injection to mix with above mentioned three kinds of hemostatics within 8 h.
