bFGF多肽敷料对愈合延迟伤口修复的促进作用

摘    要:目的 观察bFGF多肽敷料对整形手术愈合延迟伤口的修复作用及可能发生的不良反应。方法 选择整形术后创面愈合延迟患者42例为受试对象,A组(22例)为试验组用无菌bFGF多肽敷料,B组(20例)为对照组用无菌生理盐水纱布,观察相同环境中多肽敷料中低浓度的bFGF对坏死或感染创面有无促进愈合作用及是否可减少再手术植皮率,并观察其不良反应。结果 用多肽敷料的A组试验创面3周内愈合率为86.82%,B组对照创面3周内愈合率为55%,且A组再手术植皮率明显低于对照组。A组创面分泌物及创周炎明显轻于B组创面;试验创面及对照创面均未发现明显不良反应。结论 bFGF多肽敷料可促进整形术后愈合延迟创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少再手术植皮率,无明显不良反应,是一种安全、方便、无刺激的理想敷料。

Abstract:Objective To observe the repairing effects and adverse action of bFGF polypeptide dressings on intractable wounds after plastic operations.Methods The 42 patients with intractable wounds after plastic operations were randomly divided into trial group (A) and control group (B). In trial group ( n =22), the wounds were applied with polypeptide dressings while in control group ( n =20),the wounds with the saline gauze dressings to observe whether bFGF in low concentration can promote healing of wounds with necrotic or infectious, reduce the rate of re grafting skin and induce adverse reactions. Results The rate of wound healing in 3 weeks was 86.82% in the trail group and was 55% in the control group. In comparison with control group, the rate of re grafting skin is lower and exudate and local inflammation were slighter on the trial group wounds. Conclusion bFGF polypeptide dressings can promote the healing of intractable wounds, shorten the healing time and decrease the rate of re grafting of skin. This dressing is convenient, safe, non irritative and has no marked adverse actions.
