| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿拓莫兰在治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果及其对患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法96例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为阿拓莫兰组和甘利欣组,每组48例,治疗3个月,检测2组患者治疗前后的肝功能指标:血清谷丙转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素、白蛋白及肝纤维化指标:血清透明质酸、层黏连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原的变化,并对2组患者治疗结果进行比较。结果阿拓莫兰与甘利欣对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化均有疗效,能抗炎、抗氧化,直接抑制纤维生成、细胞增生,抑制星状细胞增殖、活化,阿拓莫兰组治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效更好,优于甘利欣组。结论阿拓莫兰治疗慢性乙型肝炎有一定疗效,值得在临床推广。
