关节镜清理负压灌洗联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎

目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎的治疗方式及临床疗效。方法:对82例膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜下清理、置管负压灌洗引流联合透明质酸钠治疗。结果:82例患者JOA膝骨性关节炎治疗效果判定标准[1],优30例,良37例,可13例,差2例,优良率81.7%。结论:关节镜手术对膝骨性关节炎具有早期诊断价值;行关节镜清理结合负压灌洗透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可以明显缓解症状,延缓病情进展,疗效满意。

Treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Injection of sodium hyaluronate Into joint cavity after joint debridement and vacuum lavement

Objective:To evaluate the treatment Methods and the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were treated by injection of sodium hyaluronate into joint cavity after joint debridement and duration irrigation.Results:All Patients were followed up for 2~48 months,with an average of 26 months.When evaluated by JOA standards,it revealed that excellent results occurred in 30 cases,good in 37 cases,fair in 13 cases and poor in 2 cases.The total excellent and good rate was 81.7%.Conclusion:It can gain early diagnosis for the knee osteoarthritis through arthroscopic surgery.It can significantly relieve the symptoms and delay the progress of the disease through the treatment by injection of sodium hyaluronate into joint cavity after joint debridement and duration irrigation,the results are satisfactory.
