流行性新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎

本文报告了我院婴儿室发生的一起流行性新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(ENNE)。指出感染因素在此病发生中起着主导作用,对围产期无胃肠缺血危险因素的新生儿亦应警惕NNE的发生。提出将ENNE分为暴发型,急腹症,型和普通型三型有助于指导治疗,流行期间对同室新生儿应重视抗生素的预防性使用。

EPIDEMIC NEONATAL NECROTIZING ENTEROCOLITIS(ENNE)

This paper reports 20 cases of ENNE encountered in our nursery in the winter of 1984. Clinical materals suggest that infectious agents played a predominant role in the pathogenesis of this series.It is advocated that although there exist no risk factors, such as perinatal gastro-intestinal ischemia, the possibility of NNE should be kept in mind, and the presented series can represent one sort of NNE. In order to guide treatment, 3 types of this condition may be identified: fulminant, acute abdominal and ordinary. During the epidemic period the preventive use of antibiotics in the nursery was apparently of protective value as expected.
