摘    要:近年来,护患纠纷逐年上升,已成为当今中国的一个热点问题。本文参考了近年来有关护患纠纷的文献,总结一些医院减少护患纠纷的方法,根据国务院颁发的《医疗事故处理条例》及相关配套文件的要求,提出一些对护患纠纷的防范及处理措施,希望能对完善护理服务,建立和维持良好的护患关系,维护护患双方的权益,减少护患纠纷有所帮助

Abstract:In recent years, nurse-patient disputes are gradually increasing, research about them has become a hot issue in current China. On the basis of systemic review, the article summarized the methods carried out in some hospitals to reduce nurse-patient disputes. According to the requirments of malpractice-handling regulations issued recently and relevant auxiliary documents, the article put forward some preventive measures and treatment that could be helpful to perfect nursing service, to establish and maintain good relationship between nurse and patient, to protect the right of both the patients and nurses, and reduce nurse-patient disputes.
