| 摘 要： | 本文通过对艾滋病高流行的农村地区的调查，分析了农村艾滋病患者和一般农村居民在经济收入和支出、卫生服务需求和利用等方面的差异；比较了两类人群的疾病家庭经济风险；明确了艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗相关费用；分析了相关部门（艾滋病防治部门、卫生行政部门、新农合管理部门、医疗机构）和不同类别人群（一般农村居民、艾滋病患者）对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗相关费用纳入新农合统筹基金的态度；基于以上分析结果，本文提出了艾滋病患者治疗费用纳入新农合统筹基金的政策建议。 |
