摘    要:目的:了解路北区0~6岁儿童指血中钙、镁、铜、铁、锌的变化规律,提高0~6岁儿童不同年龄段幼儿保健水平。方法:采用原子吸收法测定钙、镁、铜、铁、锌的含量。结果:男女儿童指血中钙、镁、铜含量差异无统计学意义,铁缺乏率最高为婴儿期女童组,有随年龄增加铁缺乏率最高组向学龄前组转化的趋势;锌缺乏率最高为婴儿期男童组,也有随年龄增加向学龄前组发展的趋势。结论:路北区0~6岁儿童指血中钙、镁、铜含量不缺乏,趋于合理。铁、锌在不同程度上存在缺乏状况,应加强保健指导,促进两种元素的吸收,改善铁、锌缺乏状况。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the change rule of calcium,magnesium,copper,iron and zinc in finger blood of children aged 0~6 years old in Lubei District,improve the level of health care in children at different ages.Methods:The levels of calcium,magnesium,copper,iron and zinc in finger blood were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results:There was no significant difference in levels of calcium,magnesium and copper in finger blood between boys and girls,the rate of iron deficiency in girl during infancy group was the highest,there was a tendency of transforming to preschool children group with age;the rate of zinc deficiency in boy during infancy group was the highest,there was a tendency of transforming to preschool children group with age.Conclusion:There is no lack of calcium,magnesium and copper in finger blood of children aged 0~6 years old in Lubei District,becoming to reasonable;there is iron and zinc deficiency at different levels,health care and direction should be strengthened,the absorption of the two kinds of trace elements should be promoted to improve the situation of iron and zinc deficiency.
