PTEN与VEGF蛋白在原发性卵巢癌中的表达及临床病理学意义

目的:探讨PTEN、VEGF蛋白表达在原发性上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展、转移中的作用及临床病理学意义。方法:利用SP法对正常卵巢(32例)、卵巢良性肿瘤(31例)、上皮性卵巢癌(74例)PTEN、VEGF基因蛋白的表达进行检测。结果:①PTEN在上皮性卵巢癌表达缺失率及VEGF表达率分别高于对照组,P0.01;②PTEN在浆液性囊腺癌表达缺失率高于黏液性囊腺癌,P0.05,晚期表达缺失率高于早期,P0.01,G3表达缺失率高于G1+G2,P0.05;③VEGF晚期的阳性率高于早期,P0.05,淋巴结转移阳性组高于阴性组,P0.05;④PTEN蛋白表达与VEGF表达不相关。结论:PTEN表达缺失、VEGF蛋白表达在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展、侵袭中有重要作用;PTEN、VEGF同时发生异常可作为评估卵巢癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标。

Study on the expression and clinicopathological significance of PTEN and VEGF in the epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective:To investigate the expressions and clinicopathological significance of PTEN and VEGF in the occurance,development and metastasis of primary epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:74 patients,for controls,31 benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 32 normal ovarian tissue were involved,and their expressions of PTEN and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results:①The negative rate of PTEN and the positive rate of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than that of controls,respectively (P < 0.01).②And the negative rate of PTEN in serous cystadenocarcinoma,advanced stage and G3 period was higher than that of mucous cystoadenocarcinoma,earlier stage and G1 + G2 period clinical stage and histological grade (P < 0.05,P < 0.01,P < 0.05,respectively).③ The positive rate of VEGF in advanced stage and the group with lymph node metastasis was higher than that of earlier stage and the group without lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05,P < 0.05,respectively).④The expression of PTEN was not related with VEGF.Conclusion:The expression deletion of PTEN and the expression of VEGF are the important indicators to assess ovarian cancer occurring,developing and invasion ;The abnormal expression of PTEN and VEGF is very important in assessing malignant behavior of epithelial ovarian cancer as a biological indicator.
