喂养行为与生活方式对儿童期单纯性肥胖影响的分析

目的:探讨喂养行为及生活方式与儿童单纯性肥胖发生的关系。方法:在现况研究的基础上采用病例对照研究方法对筛查出的肥胖儿童和正常儿童进行现场问卷调查,把喂养行为与生活方式对儿童单纯性肥胖的影响进行分析。结果:该次调查6～10岁儿童1876名,单纯性肥胖的检出率为12.59%。Logistic回归分析结果表明,肥胖的发生与6个月～1岁喂养方式、肉食添加时间、油腻食品食用频率高、每餐用餐时间短和户外活动时间少等生活方式有关。结论:儿童单纯性肥胖的发生与早期喂养方式及饮食和运动习惯等多种生活方式相关。

Analysis on effects of feeding behavior and life style on childhood simple obesity

Objective:To explore the relationship between feeding behavior, life style and the occurrence of childhood simple obesity.Methods:A case-control study was carried out on the basis of cross sectional study, the obese children and normal children were surveyed by spot field investigation with questionnaires, the effects of feeding behavior and life style on childhood simple obesity were analyzed.Results:1 876 children aged 6～10 years old were surveyed, the detection rate of simple obesity was 12.59%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the occurrence of simple obesity was related to life styles including feeding patterns from 6 months to one year, the time of adding meat, high frequency of intake of greasy foods, spending short time on each meal and short time of playing outside.Conclusion:The occurrence of childhood simple obesity is related to early feeding patterns and life styles including diet and exercise habits.
