正常晚期妊娠孕妇脑钠肽参考值的研究

目的:探讨正常妊娠晚期孕妇氨基末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平并确立其正常值范围,为临床应用提供参考。方法:用电化学发光免疫方法测定1 860名正常晚期妊娠孕妇血清脑钠肽NT-proBNP水平。结果:正常晚期妊娠孕妇血清NT-proBNP水平为(56.93±42.04)pg/ml(5~364.90 pg/ml)。并进一步将1 860例正常晚期妊娠孕妇分为3个亚组,即A组(孕28~31周)、B组(32~34周)、C组(≥孕35周),其值分别为(51.99±43.45)pg/ml、(58.87±52.91)pg/ml、(55.11±51.65)pg/ml,差异无统计学意义。结论:该文在国内首次用电化学发光免疫法测得中国正常晚期妊娠孕妇脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平,样本量大,其结果可以初步确立正常晚期妊娠孕妇脑钠肽参考值的范围。

Study on reference value of brain natriuretic peptide in normal women of late pregnancy

Objective:To explore the level of n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and establish its range of reference value,provide a basis for clinical application.Methods:The serum levels of NT-proBNP in 1 860 normal women of late pregnancy were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Results:The mean serum level of NT-proBNP in normal women of late pregnancy was(56.93±42.04) pg/ml(5~364.90 pg/ml);1 860 normal women of late pregnancy were divided into three subgroups: A group(28~31 gestational weeks),B group(32~34 gestational weeks) and C group(≥35 gestational weeks),the serum levels of NT-proBNP in the three groups were(51.99±43.45) pg/ml,(58.87±52.91) pg/ml and(55.11±51.65) pg/ml,respectively,there was no significant difference among the three groups.Conclusion:Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay is used in the study to detect the serum levels of NT-proBNP in normal women of late pregnancy for the first time,the sample volume is large,the results can be used to establish the range of NT-proBNP reference value in normal women of late pregnancy preliminarily.
