上海市静安区738例产后家庭访视资料分析

目的:了解社区产后访视工作开展情况。方法:对2008年下半年静安区产后家庭访视资料进行回顾性分析。结果:①2008年下半年在静安区建册并分娩的孕产妇共738人,其中本市户籍562人,外地户籍176人;产后访视覆盖率97.14%,其中在本区应访视284人,失访8人,外区应代访434人,失访12人,20人在"月子中心"休养。②本区两次访视时间较外区代访均显著提前;访视2次例数本区访视显著多于外区代访;外区代访及时性显著低于本区访视。③剖宫产率60.43%,新生儿1个月内纯母乳喂养率60.30%。结论:目前社区产后访视工作中还存在许多薄弱环节,未访视甚至拒访现象仍然存在,访视及时性有待提高,转代访工作有待改善;应加强孕产期保健知识宣传,降低剖宫产率,提高母乳喂养率,提高产后访视质量。

Analysis on data of postpartum family visit in 738 cases in Jing'an District of Shanghai

Objective:To understand the situation of postpartum family visits in communities.Methods:The data of postpartum family visit in Jing'an District in the latter half of the year 2008 was analyzed retrospectively.Results:In the latter half of the year 2008,738 women registered and delivered in Jing'an District,including 562 local women and 176 floating women;the coverage rate of postpartum family visit was 97.14 %,including 284 local women(8 women failed to be visited) and 434 floating women(12 women failed to be visited),20 women rest in "Birth Center";the postpartum family visit time in local area was significantly shorter than that in other areas;the number visited in local area was significantly higher than that in other areas;the punctuality of postpartum family visit in other areas was significantly lower than that in local area;the rate of cesarean section was 60.43%,the rate of breast feeding at the first month was 60.30%.Conclusion:Many weaknesses still exist in postpartum family visits in communities,some women failed or even refused to be visited,the punctuality of visiting needs improving,and propaganda of maternal health care knowledge should be enhanced,the rate of cesarean section should be reduced,the rate of breast feeding and the quality of postpartum family visits should be improved.
