儿童乳牙龋病患病率及与佝偻病关联性调查

目的:了解儿童乳牙龋病患病率及与佝偻病的关联性。方法:2008年对沈阳医学院奉天医院管辖社区内3~5岁儿童316例进行乳牙龋病调查,并与其在0~2岁期间患佝偻病情况进行关联性调查。结果:3~5岁儿童乳牙龋病患病率50.95%,有佝偻病组儿童患龋率明显高于无佝偻病组,二者比较差异有统计学意义。结论:佝偻病是导致儿童乳牙龋病病因之一,儿童乳牙患龋率仍较高,防治工作不能松懈,在采取其它有效防治措施同时,应积极防治佝偻病,以降低儿童乳牙患龋率。

Investigation on correlation between incidence of primary teeth caries and rickets in children

Objective:To understand the correlation between incidence of primary teeth caries and rickets in children.Methods:In 2008,316 children aged 3~5 years old in communities of Fengtian Hospital received primary teeth caries investigation,and association survey was conducted with the same children aged 0~2 years old with rickets.Results:The incidence of primary teeth caries in children aged 3~5 years old was 50.95%,the incidence of primary teeth caries in children with rickets was significantly higher than that in children without rickets.Conclusion:Rickets is one of the causes leading to primary teeth caries in children,the incidence of primary teeth caries in children may be reduced by prevention and treatment of rockets combined with other effective measures.
