2009年红花岗区5004例妇女乳腺疾病普查结果

目的:了解遵义市红花岗区妇女乳腺病患病情况。方法:2009年9～12月对遵义市红花岗区的5004例妇女乳腺疾病的普查资料进行回顾性分析,采用临床检查表和流行病学问卷调查形式收集资料,初筛方法为临床触诊,进一步检查采用乳腺钼靶、乳腺彩超和病理检查。结果:共筛查出各种乳腺疾病2065例,患病率为41.27%;各种乳腺疾病中,乳腺增生的患病率居首位;35～40岁是乳腺疾病的发病高峰时期,40～60岁是乳腺癌的发病高峰时期。结论:积极开展妇女乳腺疾病的普查,传授妇女乳腺自我检查的方法,提高其自我保健意识,对乳腺疾病的早期预防有重要的意义。

Screening results of breast diseases among 5 004 women in Honghuagang District in 2009

Objective:To understand the prevalence of breast diseases in Honghuagang District of Zunyi city.Methods:The general data of breast diseases screening among 5 004 women in Honghuagang District of Zunyi city from September to December in 2009 were analyzed retrospectively;a clinical check table and an epidemiological questionnaire were used to collect data,breast palpation examination was used in primary screening;molybdenum target mammography,color Doppler ultrasound and pathological examination were used for further examination.Results:2 065 women were found with various breast diseases,the incidence was 41.27%;among various breast diseases,the incidence of mammary hyperplasia was the highest;the peak age of breast diseases was 35~40 years,and the peak age of breast cancer was 40~60 years.Conclusion:The measures including active screening breast diseases among women,imparting breast self-examination method to the women and improving their self health care consciousness are important for early prevention of breast diseases.
