F-COPES中文版在孤独症儿童家长中应用的可行性研究

目的:检验F-COPES中文版在我国文化背景下用于孤独症儿童家长应对家庭危机个人评价研究的可行性。方法:对F-COPES英文版进行翻译、回译、对比及修订,形成F-COPES中文版,通过对98名孤独症儿童家长的调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:F-COPES中文版Cronbachα值为0.815,除被动评价维度为0.198外,其他4个维度的Cronbachα值在0.659～0.926之间;Spearman分半信度系数为0.807。KMO检验值为0.703,Battlet检验χ2值为1221.557,P<0.001,主成分分析得到的9个因子能够解释量表所测内容的69.03%。结论:F-COPES中文版具有较好的信度和效度,可以用来评价我国孤独症儿童家长对家庭危机的应对方式。

Investigation on feasibility of F-COPES in Chinese version applied in the parents of children with autism

Objective:To detect the feasibility of F-COPES in Chinese version applied in family crisis and individual evaluation for the parents whose children were diagnosed as autism under Chinese culture background.Methods:F-COPES in English version was translated into Chinese,then back translation,comparison and modification were performed to obtain F-COPES in Chinese version,98 parents whose children were diagnosed as autism were surveyed to evaluate the reliability and validity of F-COPES in Chinese version.Results:The Cronbach α value of F-COPES in Chinese version was 0.815;except passive appraisal dimension(the Cronbach α value was 0.198),the Cronbach α values of the other four dimensions were from 0.659 to 0.926;the split-half reliability with Spearman was 0.807,check value of KMO was 0.703,χ2value of Battler test was 1 221.557,P<0.001,nine factors derived from principal component analysis could explain 69.03% of the test contents.Conclusion:F-COPES in Chinese version has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the coping strategies adopted by the parents whose children were diagnosed as autism for family crisis.
