| 摘 要： | 目的观察冠心病合并高血压患者冠状动脉粥样硬化与眼底动脉粥样硬化发生是否相关。方法观察60例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病合并高血压的患者眼底动脉硬化情况，并同时进行对照分析。结果冠心病合并高血压患者眼底动脉粥样硬化发生率高于其他患者。结论冠心病合并高血压患者动脉粥样硬化与眼底动脉粥样硬化有密切关系，眼底动脉检查是了解冠状动脉硬化的较方便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension and coronary atherosclerosis in patients with retinal vein sclerosis moving atherosclerosis occurs is relevant. Methods Observation of 60 cases of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography in patients with hypertension fundus arteriosclerosis situation, and at the same time were analyzed. Results Fundus in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension incidence of atherosclerosis was higher than other patient. Conclusion Coronary heart disease combined with hypertension and atherosclerosis in patients with retinal artery atherosclerosis is closely related to fundus arteriosclerosis. Fundus arteriosclerosis examination is to understand more convenient method. |
