氢氧化钙用于根管封药的临床研究

目的比较氢氧化钙和甲酚甲醛(FC)用于根管消毒的临床疗效。方法选取180个磨牙牙髓病或急慢性根尖周病患者,随机分为两组,实验组根管预备后封氢氧化钙,对照组封甲酚甲醛,两组封药1周后行根管充填术。根管封药期间观察疼痛发生情况。治疗后2年随访,通过临床和X线片检查评价其疗效。结果根管封药期间实验组疼痛发生率为14.4%,对照组疼痛发生率为34.4%,p<0.01,有显著性差异。术后2年复查实验组根管治疗成功率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(82.22%),p<0.01,有显著性差异。结论氢氧化钙是一种比较理想的根管消毒药。

CLINICAL STUDY OF ROOT CANAL MEDICATION WITH CALCIUM HYDROXIDE

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of calcium hydroxide or FC in root canal disin-fection.Methods 180 cases of molar with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were chosen and then randomly divided into 2 groups.After routing preparation of the root canal experimental group was sealed with calcium hydroxide and the control group was sealed with FC.Then the occurrence of pain was observed for 7 days and the outcome of the treatment was investigated by clinical and radiographic review for 2 years following treatment.Results The occur-rence of inter-appointment pain during the treatment of experimental group happened less often than that of the con-trol group,the experimental group had a higher success rate(96.67%)than the control group(82.22%).Conclu-sion Calcium hydroxide is superior to FC as an intracanal medication.
