| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院医务人员的抗菌药物合理应用知识水平,有针对性地提出干预措施。方法:根据抗菌药物合理应用基本原则及基本知识设计问卷,对我院医务人员进行无记名、现场问卷调查。结果:医务人员对抗菌药物合理应用知识水平的差异较大,药师的得分明显高于医师和护士,内科医师得分略高于外科医师,中级职称医务人员得分较高,其次分别为高级职称和初级职称人员。结论:有必要加强对医务人员抗菌药物应用知识的培训、监管。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the cognition of medical staff(MS)in our hospital on rational use of antibacterials and to put forward the corresponding measures.METHODS:Questionnaire was designed based on the basic principle and essential knowledge of rational use of antibacterials,then a on the spot survey was conducted in medical staff(anonymous).RES_ULTS:The cognition of medical staff(MS)in our hospital on rational use of antibacterials varied greatly:pharmacists scored significantly higher than doctors and nurses did;internists scored a little bit higher than surgeons did;and the middle-ranking medial staff scored the highest,followed by those with senior and junior professional titles.CONCLUSION:It is necessary to strengthen training among medical staff on the rational use of antibacterials and conduct monitoring in their use of antibacterials. |
